Jeremy is the founder of Fix-It Friend. He got his start as a youngster fixing and building things with his Father, Uncle, and Grandfather. Always a curious child, he sought to understand how everything worked, leading to the pursuit of an engineering degree.
While studying at Queen’s University, Jeremy focused on mechanical engineering, prototype development, woodworking, metal fabrication, and welding. After University, Jeremy coupled his lifelong passion for design and fabrication with his business development skills and worked in technical sales while buying/selling and fixing bicycles on the side.
Always the “go to” for family and friends with projects as well as an entrepreneur at heart, Jeremy created “Fix-It Friend”. Recognizing a gap in the handyman/contractor industry, Jeremy wanted to be the person that you can count on to be honest and reliable - a handy friend you call when something needs fixing. He believes that a business should offer superior service levels and high quality work at a reasonable rate.
