Location: Financial District, Downtown Toronto

Project Scope/Client Needs

Breather rents beautiful well designed, furnished office spaces on a short term basis. Due to their success and growth they needed help setting up a new space. Two of their spaces had some acoustic panels installed that suffered durability issues and just weren’t working for them anymore.

Solution/Implementation

We were contracted to remove the panels in both rooms (which involved removing the adhesive that was used to install them), repair the walls, and give them a spiffy new paint job. This required skim coating the walls with drywall mud, sanding, priming, and finally painting. The walls in one of the spaces were painted in a 2 tone paint scheme as per Breather’s design department. We used our laser level to the line just right! And we ensured that that job was completed quickly and efficiently, so that Breather could start renting the spaces again as soon as possible.

All done! It’s like the acoustic sound panels were never even there!

Once the mud was dry, the first coats of paint were applied. The lighter green colour was painted first. Then we used the laser level to apply the tape for the line. Then the darker grey colour was painted.
